Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote growth and mental wellbeing across the organization. This role blends traditional L&D with a focus on mental health awareness and safety, requiring collaboration with HR, well-being, and operations teams.

You will develop engaging learning experiences, manage LMS content, monitor outcomes, and support regional/global L&D strategies while communicating effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-5 years of L&D experience with workplace mental health exposure.
• Strong English (B2+ level) communication.
• Proven instructional design and training delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning programs on mental health and safety.
• Lead regional mental health first aid and ally programs.
• Create innovative learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops promoting open dialogue on mental health.
• Support regional/global L&D strategies and LMS content management.
• Monitor and report program effectiveness and completion rates.
