Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced trainer to lead enterprise onboarding, leadership and professional development programs. You will design engaging learning experiences, facilitate sessions, and adapt content for a multicultural workforce.

The role involves creating eLearning materials, coaching managers, and managing LMS/SharePoint-trained programs, with opportunities to mentor new trainers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years training and design experience in corporate/adult education
• Experience training a multicultural employee base with English as a second language
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Experience designing and developing learning solutions and eLearning is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate onboarding, professional development, and leadership programs for exempt/professional employees and people leaders
• Expertise in behavioral and soft-skills training (e.g., communication, leadership, teamwork, coaching, presentation skills) required
• Develop engaging training courses using PowerPoint with scripted instructor notes
• Convert existing classroom training to web-based formats
• Create learning resources (user guides, guides for discussion) and reinforce skills
• Provide coaching and team development to managers and staff as needed
• Manage programs/classes in LMS and SharePoint
• Schedule, coordinate, and promote training to internal customers
• Integrate new technologies (LMS, LXP, virtual learning, AI tools) to boost effectiveness
• Maintain training records/reports; mentor/train new trainers if requested
