Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of client training initiatives within our BPO operations.

The role focuses on strategic planning, performance improvement, and building core competencies across teams. You will mentor facilitators and designers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure training metrics drive profitability and client satisfaction while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of related training and development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity in a BPO.
• Experience with call center operations and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, design, delivery and pricing of client training initiatives.
• Mentor facilitators and designers to maximize training quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to provide learning and performance solutions.
• Develop and maintain training metrics and reporting for accounts.
• Ensure continual improvement across training design and facilitation processes.
