Job summary

Sagility is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead development and delivery of learning programs. You will oversee instructional design, collaborate with SMEs and leadership, and drive continuous improvement in talent development.

The role centers on managing LMS, ensuring training quality, and delivering blended learning solutions. Ideal candidates have 6–7 years in BPO training operations, experience with e-learning, and strong budget/efficiency skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS administration, course uploads, learner tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop e-learning and blended learning materials and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to ensure training initiatives meet organizational needs.
• Manage LMS, including uploading courses, tracking learners, and reporting.
