Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to lead the development and delivery of learning programs. The role oversees instructional design, LMS administration, and collaboration with SMEs and leadership to align training with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years in BPO training operations, experience with e-learning and blended learning, and strong project management and budget skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including tracking and reporting.
• Ability to develop e-learning and blended learning materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to measure training impact using KPIs.
• Experience managing training budgets and resources.
• Solid project and process management skills.
• Knowledge of emerging learning technologies and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Oversee LMS administration, course uploads, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure training content quality and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead development of instructional materials and e-learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation; manage escalation constraints.
• Report training performance metrics to leadership and drive ROI.
