Job summary

Coforge in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Operations professional to coordinate and streamline end-to-end training activities. The role focuses on implementing training strategies to develop our workforce, including instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid formats.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong LMS skills (SuccessFactors), and a track record of organizing training logistics, data reporting, and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Support training operations by implementing training strategies and plans.
• Manage day-to-day training operations for instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, and hybrid training.

• Support learning design and delivery for engaging learning experiences.
• Utilise the Global Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) to manage end-to-end learning operational activities.
• Collate, review and report training data for evaluation and continuous improvement.

We at Coforge are hiring Learning Operations with the following skillset:

• Support training operations by implementing our training strategies and plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of our organization's workforce.
• Responsible for day-to-day training operations for instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, hybrid training, training events etc – ensuring that all training programs are efficiently implemented and aligned with our training policies and processes.
• Provide support or assistance to training design and delivery for creative and positive learning engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, local venue arrangements, and resource allocation, training communications.
• Utilise the Global Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) to manage end-to-end learning operational activities.
• Collate, review and report training related data such as registration, participation, attendance, completion, learner demographics etc to allow training evaluation and continuous improvement for future programme delivery.
• Ensure that all training initiatives comply with the industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle learning related tickets from HR Helpdesk.
