Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking an Organizational Learning & Development Specialist who will design and deliver training programs, nurture future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role covers needs analysis, content development, facilitation across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, and ongoing learning administration. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to align programs with goals and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Proven track record in training needs analysis and corporate learning program design.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience creating training materials and e-learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps with business leaders and set learning priorities.
• Conduct needs assessments using interviews, surveys, performance data, and reviews.
• Translate business goals into measurable learning solutions and pathways.
• Develop training programs, workshop materials, slide decks, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules.
• Lead face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid sessions; coordinate logistics and vendor management.
• Maintain LMS and develop training reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Measure training impact and identify improvements for knowledge retention.
