Job summary

Alorica is seeking an instructional designer to craft engaging training content and learning materials for internal programs in Manila. You will work with stakeholders to identify needs and align content with business goals.

You will update existing programs, assess effectiveness, and promote best practices using LMS and authoring tools. The role requires collaboration, strong writing, and project management to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in instructional design, learning and development, or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and content development skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
