Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years’ experience in learning, education, HR or related field.
• Experience with virtual classroom environments & software in a global shared service environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define outcomes.
• Design and develop instructional content including eLearning, VILT/ILT materials, microlearning and job aids.
• Deliver live sessions using Zoom, Teams, and other learning technologies.
• Ensure high-quality learner engagement using adult learning theory and facilitation best practices.
• Coordinate pre-, mid-, and post-session communications for sessions.
