Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of instructional design and digital learning development experience.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning authoring tools and at least one LMS.
• Ability to create effective storyboards and structured learning content.
• Good visual design with a focus on accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and course content that improves retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning design requirements.
• Conduct instructional design research and analysis to support effective learning models.
