Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to develop engaging learning solutions for client programs and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with SMEs and senior instructional designers to create modules, storyboards, and LMS content, and support learning program implementation. The role emphasizes applying ADDIE or SAM, using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate, and incorporating multimedia, gamification, and accessibility

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in instructional design or eLearning.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, or similar models.
• Experience with LMS content and deployment.
• Portfolio or project work is welcome.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and requirements from SMEs and stakeholders for training needs analysis.
• Develop learning content, storyboards, assessments, and materials using templates.
• Create and maintain eLearning modules with authoring tools.
• Upload, organize, and maintain content in the LMS.
• Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, and content issues.
