Job summary

PSG Global Solutions INC, a Teleperformance company, is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to develop engaging learning solutions for client programs and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with SMEs and senior designers to create modules, storyboards, and LMS content, train learners, collect feedback, and support continuous improvements while aligning with adult learning principles in a hybrid Makati setup that follows US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, training, learning operations, or related fields.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, or similar learning frameworks.
• Proficiency with at least one authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and requirements from SMEs and stakeholders for training needs.
• Create learning content, storyboards, assessments, and materials using templates and standards.
• Develop and maintain eLearning modules using authoring tools.
• Upload, organize, and manage learning content within the LMS.
• Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, and content issues.
• Ensure materials align with adult learning principles and objectives.
