Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an Instructional Design Officer to design, develop, and continuously improve learning solutions that drive business performance and learner success. You will collaborate with SMEs to identify needs, design engaging content, and manage projects end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or training program management, with ADDIE/SAM methodologies and proficiency in Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or related learning and development functions.
• Proficiency with ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design frameworks.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience administering or managing content within an LMS.
• Ability to manage learning projects from analysis through implementation.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills across functions.
• Experience incorporating multimedia, learner engagement, or gamification into learning solutions (preferred).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Makati and follow US business hours.

Job Description

The Instructional Design Officer will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that drive business performance and learner success. You will partner with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, recommend instructional strategies, develop engaging learning content, and manage learning projects from concept to implementation. You will evaluate learning effectiveness, provide data‑driven recommendations, and ensure learning solutions align with business objectives and learner needs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with instructional design, learning experience design, eLearning development, or training program management experience, particularly those with backgrounds in corporate learning, instructional technology, organizational development, or talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis with SMEs and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning content aligned with business goals and learning objectives.
• Independently create storyboards, learning materials, assessments, and interactive learning experiences.
• Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Track learner participation, completion, and performance data; generate insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Evaluate feedback, recommend learning improvements, and support learning effectiveness measurements.
• Design assessments, knowledge checks, and evaluation methods that accurately measure learning outcomes and business impact.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Own project timelines, stakeholder communication, and learning deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementation.
• Leverage multimedia, gamification, and other innovative learning approaches to improve the learner experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2‑4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, learning program management, or related learning and development functions.
• Strong working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Experience administering or managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage learning projects and deliverables from analysis through implementation.
• Experience designing assessments, evaluations, and learning measurement strategies.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multiple business functions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Experience incorporating multimedia, learner engagement strategies, or gamification principles into learning solutions is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Makati and follow US business hours.
