ResultsCX is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist in Pasig, PH, to collaborate with our ID Manager and SMEs. You will craft engaging learning modules, maps, and instructor guides, and create microlearning videos and multimedia resources.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for educating employees and stakeholders. The role emphasizes needs analyses, curriculum development, and the use of educational tech to deliver scalable training across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or 3–5 years’ corporate/academic experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Proficiency with LMS and authoring tools like Articulate 360 and multimedia software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions.
• Create engaging instructional materials leveraging multimedia and tech tools.
• Develop curriculum outlines and learning pathways for diverse learners.
• Conduct needs analyses and performance evaluations to identify gaps.
• Leverage learning technologies to deliver scalable experiences across platforms.
• Ensure quality of materials through reviews and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, within budget and timelines.
• Partner with subject matter experts and educators to inform design.
• Provide training and support to trainers and learners on instructional materials.
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and educational technology.
