Job summary

TELUS Digital in Manila is seeking a Learning Designer to translate program blueprints into finished, ready-to-deliver learning experiences using a modern AI-powered toolset. You will produce interactive courses, AI role-play scenarios, games, videos and supporting job aids that land with learners.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design assessments, review QA, and ensure accessibility and TELUS brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Should be a regular TELUS Digital Philippines team member.
• Should not have any form of disciplinary action in the past 6 months.
• Passing scorecard: Objectives + TELUS Values.
• Average 6 months scorecard of ACHIEVING for promotion or change in job scope.
• Average 6 months scorecard of DEVELOPING for lateral movement (applies to same job profile).
• Should be certified in Explore certification to apply for an Officer - People leader role.
• Should complete the Explore learning module in MyGrowth for an Officer - Individual Contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Translate program blueprints into finished, ready-to-deliver learning experiences using AI-powered tools.
• Build learning assets from approved specifications and ensure on-time, to-spec quality.
• Write and structure content pages, question sets, and scenario scripts.
• Design Agent Trainer scenarios with observable rubric criteria (1–5).
• Build courses with varied content blocks and question types in EasyGenerator.
• Produce Prism interactive experiences aligned with TELUS branding and accessible motion.
• Create NotebookLM assets (audio/video overviews, infographics) tailored to learners and moments.
• Flag design gaps and SME input issues to the ID Lead and verify QA before publishing.
