Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer who creates engaging learning experiences by designing courses, materials, and training programs.

You will work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with objectives and audience needs, and you will design eLearning, manuals, and guides. Responsibilities include defining learning objectives, conducting needs analyses, applying ADDIE or SAM, developing multimedia content, building assessments, and integrating content

Qualifications

• Define and document clear learning objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate content.
• Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, manuals, guides).
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Create multimedia content (videos, simulations, interactive modules).
• Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Maintain and update course materials for relevance and accuracy.
• Integrate content into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
