Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and ADDIE model.
• Ability to translate raw content into engaging curricula.
• Collaborates to set training goals and measures success.
• Team player with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of presentations.
• Experience designing training curricula and technical writing.
• Familiar with eLearning tools and LMS.
• Experience with evaluating programs and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and events delivering learning experiences for employees.
• Design engaging training for instructor-led, self-study and web-based curricula.
• Consult with SMEs and clients to assess training needs.
• Create curriculum from raw content to support engaging delivery.
• Produce high quality technical writing and samples of work.
• Utilize eLearning tools and assess effectiveness and metrics.
