Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to collaborate with our ID Manager, project partners, and SMEs to craft engaging learning modules, course maps, and instructor guides. You will develop microlearning videos and multimedia resources tailored to enhance the learning experience.

Strong communication skills will help you blend multimedia elements to educate and engage employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years in ID in corporate/academic settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ID theories.
• Proficiency in LMS, Articulate 360, multimedia production software, and emerging educational tech.
• Ability to design innovative, accessible learning solutions for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions.
• Create engaging instructional materials using multimedia tools to boost engagement.
• Develop curriculum outlines and learning pathways for diverse learners.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate performance gaps for improvement.
• Leverage educational tech and LMS to deliver scalable learning experiences.
