Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and deliver scalable learning experiences that build capability, support career growth, and drive high performance across Head Office teams.

You will partner with business leaders to identify development needs, integrate AI-curated content and future skills, and measure impact with KPIs to continuously improve programs across Commercial, Non-Commercial and Distribution Center functions.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize programs.
• Embed a culture of continuous learning by integrating learning into daily workflows and AI-curated platforms.
• Use AI tools to automate content creation, personalize learning paths, and analyze engagement and outcomes.
• Monitor learning impact with KPIs and continuously improve programs based on feedback.
