Job summary

Ecosa is seeking a Training Specialist in the Philippines to design, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for team members. The role focuses on engaging sessions, diverse delivery methods, and alignment with brand values across retail and e-commerce contexts.

You will work with the Learning and Development Manager to pilot trainings, analyze feedback, and implement curriculum updates using AI tools to enhance curriculum design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education, or Business Admin.
• 1–2 years in Training or Learning & Development with varied delivery methods (in-person, virtual, video).
• Experience in cross-cultural or multi-cultural environments.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Litmos, Moodle or similar).
• Exposure to instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Experience building/trusting an L&D content library from scratch.
• Knowledge of AI tools like Claude, Google Gemini and NotebookLM for training.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, customer service, or wellness industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, handouts, and activities tailored to the audience.
• Conduct engaging training sessions using varied methods (lectures, workshops, demos, recorded training, role-plays).
• Adapt content and delivery to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Provide coaching to ensure positive customer interactions and uphold brand values.
• Ensure performance and behavioral standards are consistently applied.
• Pilot initial trainings, gather feedback, and refine approach and content.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement content updates based on evaluations.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance curriculum design and delivery.
• Produce a comprehensive suite of training materials aligned with team needs.
• Create engaging sessions to teach key concepts and skills.
