Job summary

Nestlé in Manila is seeking a Learning Business Partner to roll out digital, AI, and transferable skills development across the zone. You will define organizational capability needs, oversee training needs, and lead digital learning initiatives in collaboration with Markets and Corporate functions.

You will deliver AI-powered learning solutions, co-create leadership development programs, and drive adoption of modern digital learning practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and driving capability building for digital and AI solutions with demonstrable outcomes.
• Experience utilizing AI platforms to enhance L&D initiatives, ensuring ease of access to relevant learning content for learners.
• Experience implementing AI agents to support people managers in daily tasks (e.g., meeting preparations, task organization, reminders, coaching).
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex learning programs with a focus on measurable impact.
• Expertise in creating engaging and memorable learning experiences, leveraging contemporary employee development models and technologies.
• Deep knowledge of and proven success in applying adult learning theory in fast-paced environments, with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with various assessment methodologies and external certifications; experience in evaluating learning effectiveness is a plus.
• Extensive experience in facilitating training programs. Proven ability to design and deliver workshops and learning sessions.
• External certifications in coaching and/or recognized coaching experience is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading or supporting change management initiatives related to learning and development.
• Experience in creating inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Commitment to continuous learning and a growth mindset in the context of digital and AI advancements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of organizational, team, and individual transferable skills, Digital, and AI needs within the zone, interfacing Markets and Corporate functions.
• Oversee bottoms-up Training Needs Consolidation and connect results with digital, leadership, and transferable skills across markets.
• Lead the digitalization of learning across the region with accessible, scalable content.
• Drive development and deployment of AI-powered learning agents to support learners and people managers.
• Organize and deliver identified development solutions at zone level; support or deliver digital skills and team effectiveness programs.
• Support NiM for co-delivery of the catalogue and local market support for non-shareable interventions.
• Assist global design and customize digital assessments to local market nuances.
• Provide TTT sessions and certification to build market capabilities and ensure delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designer on 5Di steps for new solutions and deployment architecture.
• Build capabilities with NiM Talent Managers/SMEs to integrate outcomes into development interventions.
• Translate new development needs into a pipeline for learning solutions and define deployment strategy.
• Work with Learning Experience Designer to define architecture for new solutions.
• Evaluate curricula for audience penetration, impact on business goals, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships with Markets, Region/Zone to act as a trusted advisor between markets and Learning Delivery.
