Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and deliver scalable learning experiences that build capability, support career growth, and drive high performance across Head Office teams.

You will partner with business leaders to identify development needs, integrate AI-curated content and future skills, and measure impact with KPIs to continuously improve programs across Commercial, Non-Commercial and Distribution Center functions.

Job description

This role is responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that build capability, support career growth, and enable high performance across Commercial, Non-Commercial and Distribution Center teams. The Learning Experience Manager partners with business leaders to identify development needs and create scalable, blended learning solutions. The role also ensures alignment with organizational values and future skills, embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

This role focuses on:

• Design and Deliver Scalable Learning Solutions: Develops blended learning programs (eLearning, workshops, coaching) tailored to Head Office - Commercial, Non-Commercial, and Distribution Center teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and future capabilities.
• Partner with Business Leaders to Identify Capability Gaps: Collaborates with stakeholders to assess current and future skill needs, using data-driven insights and AI-powered learning analytics to inform program design and prioritization.
• Embed a Culture of Continuous Learning and Innovation: Champions learning as a strategic enabler by integrating learning into daily workflows, promoting self-directed learning, and leveraging AI-curated content platforms to personalize development.
• Leverage AI to Enhance Learning Experience Design: Uses AI tools to automate content creation, personalize learning paths, and analyze learner engagement and performance, enabling more targeted and effective interventions.
• Monitor and Evaluate Learning Impact: Tracks program effectiveness using KPIs, continuously improving learning solutions based on feedback, performance data, and business outcomes.
• Ensure Learning Solutions Reflect Organizational Values: Integrates company values, DEI principles, and leadership behaviors into all learning experiences to reinforce culture and drive consistent employee engagement.
• Manage Learning Operations and Partnerships: Oversees learning platforms, manage internal and external providers, and ensure seamless execution of learning events, including logistics, communications, and learner support.
• Stay Ahead of Learning Trends and Technologies: Continuously explores emerging learning technologies, including generative AI, immersive learning (AR/VR), and adaptive learning systems to future-proof capability building
