Job summary

TaskUs seeks a Learning Experience Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across IT and enterprise teams. You will develop curricula, exams, and knowledge resources, and deliver technical sessions for support staff on networking and AI-enabled tools.

As a core member of the Training team, you will lead induction programs for senior engineers, monitor progress, and partner with internal stakeholders to align content with product roadmaps and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in training or teaching.
• Solid understanding of conferencing fundamentals: AV routing, screen sharing, and enterprise permissions.
• Knowledge of in‑app generative and agentic AI features (transcriptions, AI summaries, real-time translation).
• Proven track record creating training assets (slides, guides, videos, knowledge bases).
• Strong writing and documentation skills, able to produce clear training content.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs aligned with product development and enterprise needs.
• Create and maintain training curriculum, exams, and materials for general and enterprise learners.
• Deliver technical training for support staff on network systems and new technologies.
• Lead induction and ongoing enablement programs for engineering roles to accelerate onboarding.
• Monitor trainee progress and coordinate with managers to assess performance and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with coding of conduct and privacy/security practices across trainings.
