Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs across enterprise learning domains in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will deliver end-user and technical training, create curricula, and lead initiatives with emphasis on AI-enabled features and scalable knowledge resources.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in a related IT field and 1–2 years of training experience, with a focus on AV fundamentals and enterprise permissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in training or teaching.
• Solid understanding of conferencing fundamentals: AV routing, screen sharing, bandwidth, latency, and enterprise permissions.
• Knowledge of in-app generative and agentic AI features (transcriptions, AI summaries, multilingual translation).
• Proven track record creating training assets (slides, quick-reference guides, video walkthroughs, Knowledge Base articles).

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curricula and exams for all general preparatory courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training for expert technical support and desktop support personnel.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
• Develop and maintain technical training documentation, knowledge base articles, and instructional materials.
• Develop induction and enablement programs for specialized engineering roles to streamline onboarding.
• Monitor trainees' progress and discuss with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning techniques.
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Ensure trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
