Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive knowledge, skills, and compliance across the firm. Focused on the Financial Crime Unit (FCU), the role designs, delivers, and evaluates tailored L&D programs to support PwC Southeast Asia Consulting engagements.

You will lead onboarding, assess future learning needs, develop resources, and collaborate with HC partners to enhance training across all levels, ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Behavioral Science
• AML/KYC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee L&D needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of programs.
• Onboard and train new joiners.
• Assess and analyze learning needs and performance gaps; collaborate with HC partners.
• Develop materials including e-learn, manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Facilitate L&D sessions with internal or external facilitators.
• Evaluate programs using various frameworks and methods.
• Create cost-effective learning solutions and stay updated with learning tech.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to leverage onboarding and L&D programs.
