Feihe International Philippines Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs. The role includes assessing training needs, creating curricula, and facilitating sessions across various formats, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will design engaging materials, evaluate outcomes, and keep content current with industry trends, working closely with HR and department managers to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Onsite work required at BGC, Taguig.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data.
• Design and develop training materials, including curricula, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
• Facilitate training sessions (in-person, virtual, workshops, seminars).
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and generate reports.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect current trends and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to align training with business objectives.
