Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HRM or related field.

Responsibilities

To design, develop, and deliver training programs to employees in order to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
To work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
To help maintain a clean and safe working environment for the employees.
