Qualifications

• College graduate with BS Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of Learning & Development or related HR experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee learning activities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and participant attendance.
• Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
• Prepare and maintain training-related documents, records, reports, and trackers.
• Monitor training attendance and completion of required learning activities.
• Coordinate with employees, trainers, and departments regarding training requirements and schedules.
• Support the evaluation and documentation of training effectiveness.
• Perform other HR and Learning & Development-related tasks as assigned.
