Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR/L&D coordinator to lead training programs, perform TNA, and craft the annual training plan.

You will source providers, organize logistics, monitor budgets, and maintain training records to ensure ISO/FSSC/GMP compliance. You will also support onboarding, competency development, individual development plans, leadership and succession planning, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of admin experience, ideally in HR, L&D, or engagement.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG and ISO/FSSC/GMP compliance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate training programs, including TNA, annual plan, provider sourcing, and budgeting.
• Plan and execute company events, engagements, onboarding, and development initiatives.
