Job summary

Talentium Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Digital Capability Analyst in Pasig. The role blends strategy, program management, and stakeholder engagement to design and deploy capability-building initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with SMEs to develop certification paths, manage vendors, and measure program impact through data-driven insights. Hybrid work arrangement requires onsite presence at least once a week and a 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in capability building, L&D, or OD.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver insights.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Formulation and Program Management to support capability-building goals.
• Capability Building and Program Management through needs assessments and design.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management with external providers and SMEs.
• Implement training programs with defined content, prerequisites and requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and reports.
