• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies.

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the overall growth and development of the Philippine Football Federation team. This full-time position is based in Carmona,Cavite.

What you’ll be doing

Design, develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organisation's employees
