Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will collaborate with the L&D Manager to support firm-wide capability.

The role requires solid knowledge of end-to-end training processes, adult learning principles, 70-20-10 learning model, and proficiency with Canva and video editing tools. Hybrid work arrangement and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of total experience, with at least 1 year in Learning & Development.
• Experience in training facilitation, workshops, business training, or professional development programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools; familiarity with virtual learning and eLearning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with divisional learning coordinators to implement training and development programs.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and resource speakers for training delivery.
• Align with training coordinators on schedules, participants, and facilitators.
• Create visual and multimedia learning materials using Canva and video editing tools.
• Send training invitations, reminders, and communications to participants and facilitators.
• Prepare attendance reports, evaluation summaries, CPD tracking, and other required documentation.
• Develop L&D reports, dashboards, and evaluation summaries for stakeholders.
• Manage and update learning intranet pages and knowledge management content.
• Support the full training cycle—from needs assessment to design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Assist in designing and delivering training sessions (ILT, virtual, eLearning, or self-paced).
• Manage assigned learning projects and coordinate with various business units and stakeholders.

Job Description

The Learning & Development Specialist supports the Firm’s learning and talent development initiatives by assisting in the design, delivery, and implementation of training programs across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats. The role works closely with the L&D Manager and divisional coordinators to ensure effective execution of learning interventions.

The position requires a solid understanding of end-to-end training processes, adult learning principles, 70-20-10 learning model, and learning technologies. The specialist also contributes to program improvements, identifies new learning needs, and supports knowledge management initiatives to strengthen firm-wide capability.

Duties & Responsibilities
