Job summary

Virtual Staffing Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Learning and Development Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate competency-based training programs across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, proven experience in curriculum development, training facilitation, and instructional design, and strong presentation and communication skills. Experience with LMS is preferred; graphic design is a plus.

Qualifications
