Qualifications

• BS in Psychology or Human Resources and 2 years in organizational development, talent management and performance management.
• Experience with assessment tools, training and development programs and performance management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Design and facilitate training programs, particularly in soft skills and behavioral competencies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is an advantage
