Job summary

Rose Bakeshop in the Philippines seeks a Training and Development Manager to design and run training initiatives that support the company’s mission. You will partner with departments to identify needs and tailor courses for various roles.

You will deliver sessions in person, virtually, and via e‑learning platforms; assess impact and refine programs. The role supports career development and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience as Training and Development Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to design and deliver training using various methods.
• Knowledge of current trends and technologies in L&D.
• Work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training initiatives aligned with company mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
• Assess the efficacy of training programs and adjust as required.
• Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support.
• Create and maintain training records and reports.
