Job summary

Educar Shared Services Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to support full lifecycle training—from needs assessment to design, development, implementation, and evaluation—across the organization.

The role requires 2–3 years in L&D, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure programs align with business goals and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training programs is preferred.
• Strong training facilitation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other learning and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments and business units.
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities

• Conducts training needs assessments and gathers data from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Consolidates assessment results, surveys, performance data, and other relevant documents.
• Generates initial insights and recommendations to support appropriate learning and development interventions.
• Develops training modules and learning materials based on approved designs and business needs.
• Creates presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Ensures content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with objectives.
• Proposes and explores new software, tools, and learning technologies to improve training design.
• Manages training schedules, resources, logistics, and program requirements.
• Coordinates with facilitators, participants, department heads, and stakeholders.
• Ensures timely and effective delivery based on learning methodologies.
• Provides timely training progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitates evaluation of training programs and generates insights for improvement.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to enhance future programs.
