Educar Shared Services Inc. is currently looking for a passionate and driven Learning and Development Officer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assessment, design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of learning and development programs across the organization and its supported business units.
Training Needs Assessment and Analysis
Conducts training needs assessments and gathers relevant data from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Consolidates assessment results, surveys, performance data, and other relevant documents.
Generates initial insights and recommendations to support appropriate learning and development interventions.
Training Design and Development
Conducts research and develops training modules and learning materials based on approved training designs and identified business needs.
Creates presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and other learning resources.
Ensures that training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational and business objectives.
Proposes and explores new software, tools, and learning technologies to improve training design and development.
Training Implementation and Monitoring
Manages training schedules, resources, logistics, and program requirements based on established timelines.
Coordinates with facilitators, participants, department heads, and other stakeholders.
Ensures the timely and effective delivery of training programs based on identified learning methodologies.
Provides timely training progress reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Training Evaluation
Facilitates the evaluation of training programs and learning interventions.
Generates initial insights and recommendations based on evaluation findings.
Identifies opportunities for improvement to enhance future training programs and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or other related courses.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training programs is preferred.
Strong training facilitation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methodologies is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other learning and presentation tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with different departments and business units.
