Job summary

BAU International Inc., based in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and monitor employee training programs aligned with organizational goals. You will ensure programs are implemented correctly and measured via compliance, quality, and performance KPIs.

You will develop annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars, create curricula and materials, facilitate sessions, monitor progress, and report on training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psych/education or related field.
• 3–5 years of Learning and Development experience.
• Experience in training or employee development.
• Proficient in creating instructional materials and facilitating sessions.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans and calendars.
• Design and develop training programs, curricula, modules, PowerPoint presentations, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Conduct and facilitate employee training, workshops, orientations, and learning sessions.
• Establish and monitor training compliance rates, completion targets, quality standards, and L&D KPIs.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, evaluation results, and employee training data.
• Prepare regular training monitoring reports, KPI reports, and management updates.
• Coordinate with departments, subject matter experts, and external training providers when necessary.
• Continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and L&D processes based on feedback, results, and identified learning gaps.

About the role

• Design and develop training programs, curricula, modules, PowerPoint presentations, assessments, and other learning materials.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation/reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, curriculum development, and adult learning principles is an advantage.
