Job summary

Borland Development Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support onboarding, ongoing development, and performance improvement across the organization. You will partner with managers to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Psychology or HRM, proficient MS Office, strong English, and is willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City. The role offers competitive compensation, government benefits and career growth.
