Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in HRM.
• Preferably 6 months of experience in learning and development or talent management.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, presentation and above-average English communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and development of new hires.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs addressing knowledge and skill gaps across employees at all levels.
