Job summary

You will assess learning outcomes, track progress, maintain attendance and completion records, and provide constructive feedback to improve programs and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training courses that are engaging and outcome-focused.
• Ability to lead in-person and online workshops and seminars.
• Proven skill in providing actionable feedback and coaching to learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person or online workshops, seminars, and interactive classes.
• Engage learners with discussions, hands-on exercises, role-playing, and real-life scenarios.
• Provide coaching and mentorship during and after sessions.
• Assess progress with quizzes, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain records of attendance, participation scores, and completion documents.
