Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Learning and OD Officer to lead end-to-end training initiatives, development programs, and culture-building efforts. The role partners with business units to align human capital with organizational goals.

You will analyze training needs, design modules, facilitate sessions, and support performance management with data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in training facilitation, curriculum design, or OD.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and learning principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of performance management frameworks and OD practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments across departments and design learning modules.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, soft skills, compliance briefings, and development workshops.
• Support the corporate performance management cycle and assist talent reviews.
• Execute organizational development programs, engagement campaigns, and culture-building initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and generate compliance reports.
