Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the company-wide training function across our food & beverage, retail, and distribution businesses in Metro Manila.

You will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, develop onboarding and leadership training, create skills matrices and SOPs, and lead the training team as we open new stores. Travel to company sites and occasional early mornings or weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, including 2+ years leading a training team.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs from the ground up.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or distribution preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and conduct occasional early morning or weekend sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across all business units.
• Develop technical, service, sales, leadership, and onboarding training programs.
• Create skills matrices, certification standards, SOPs, and training materials.
• Lead and develop the training team while supporting new store/site openings.
• Conduct site visits, training audits, and coaching to improve operational performance.
• Measure training effectiveness through business outcomes such as productivity, quality, service, and sales.
