Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a Learning & Performance Senior Manager to design and deliver tailored training tracks, spearhead our performance management frameworks, and orchestrate large-scale corporate events across all departments.

You will partner with regional HR teams to scale culture, training, and development programs, serving as the central L&D expert and an energetic host for workshops, town halls, and team-building sessions.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of concrete, hands-on experience in training delivery, employee engagement, and/or OD.
• Background in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing corporate environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in planning, managing logistics, and hosting large-scale corporate events.
• Ability to work full-time, 100% onsite at our corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored for all corporate, commercial, and operational departments.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including competency mapping, performance management frameworks, and change management support.
• Spearhead strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities and large-scale corporate events.
• Serve as the main facilitator and energetic host for internal workshops, town halls, and team-building sessions.
• Develop KPI architecture, appraisal cycles, objective settings, and performance-driven talent interventions.
• Partner with leadership to build standardized KPIs and execute robust competency mapping for corporate, commercial, and operational roles.
• Coordinate with regional HR partners to align training toolkits and engagement frameworks; provide coaching to address regional needs.
• Maintain trackers for training attendance, training hours, compliance, engagement scores, and budgets; analyze data to improve interventions.
