Filinvest Business Services Corporation (FBSC) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead learning delivery and operations. The role involves facilitating sessions, onboarding, and acting as a subject matter expert in core and functional trainings.

The position requires strong facilitation, LMS proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure training impact and ROI. Hybrid setup with occasional travel for programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, focusing on delivery and operations.
• Proven track record delivering training programs in corporate settings.
• L&D certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate engaging learning sessions (classroom, virtual, blended) for various levels.
• Lead onboarding programs for new hires to ensure cultural and process alignment.
• Serve as SME in delivering core and functional skills training.
• Oversee end-to-end program logistics including scheduling and venue setup.
• Maintain training records and LMS data; generate ROI-focused reports.
• Coordinate with facilitators, vendors, and SMEs for seamless execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs.
