Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to design, implement, and manage training programs that elevate employee performance and support our business goals. You will assess learning needs, create engaging content, deliver impactful sessions, and measure the effectiveness of training across the organization.

Responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, developing onboarding materials, and delivering sessions while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in training, instructional design, or HR roles; F&B leadership training exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; creative content development; leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace; familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Relevant training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and career development opportunities through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Design & Develop: Create structured training materials, e-learning modules, and onboarding programs tailored to different roles and departments.
• Facilitate Training: Lead sessions across all levels, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate & Improve: Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to maximize impact.
