Job summary

SM Retail is seeking a Learning and Development Supervisor to partner with teams in creating people strategies and programs for employees. You will design, build, facilitate, launch, measure, and continuously improve learning experiences that affect the workforce.

You will help drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and effective onboarding for Head Office staff. The role emphasizes designing programs and measuring impact to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, HR, Organizational Development, or People & Culture.
• Experience managing projects or programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs, workshops, modules, activities, and learning materials.
• Facilitate training and development sessions when needed.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with departments to create engagement initiatives relevant to their teams.
