Qualifications

Job description

As our Learning and Development Supervisor, you will be a key partner in creating and implementing people strategies and programs for our employees.

You will help transform business and people priorities into meaningful experiences—from learning programs and employee engagement campaigns to New Hire Orientation, culture initiatives, and internal communications.

You'll have the opportunity to design, build, facilitate, launch, measure, and continuously improve programs that directly impact our employees.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

BUILD TALENT & CAPABILITY

• Design and develop learning programs, workshops, modules, activities, and learning materials.
• Facilitate training and development sessions when needed.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.

CREATE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

• Help develop and execute our Head Office Employee Engagement strategy and calendar.
• Create meaningful engagement, recognition, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
• Partner with different departments to create engagement initiatives relevant to their teams.

CREATE A GREAT NEW-HIRE EXPERIENCE

• Plan and facilitate New Hire Orientation for Head Office employees.
• Help new employees understand our business, culture, values, and employee experience.
• Continuously improve the onboarding journey based on feedback and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in any of the following or related fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or Education

Experience

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, HR, Organizational Development, or People & Culture.
• Experience managing projects or programs is highly preferred.
• Experience in training facilitation and program design is an advantage.
• Experience in employee engagement, culture, or employee experience initiatives is an advantage.
