Job summary

DIS Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, facilitate, and continuously improve development programs that strengthen employee capability and drive business success.

The role partners with business leaders and the Global L&D team to identify needs, deliver engaging learning experiences, and support talent development in a dynamic, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Experience facilitating instructor-led trainings and workshops.
• Experience designing learning materials and activities.
• Experience supporting talent development initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TNA with business leaders and managers.
• Develop and maintain annual L&D plan aligned to priorities.
• Facilitate onboarding, technical, behavioral, and leadership learning.
• Design materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
• Coordinate IDPs and track development actions.
• Evaluate programs and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Global Learning & Development to align local programs.
