Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an Learning & Development Associate to empower workforce capability by delivering engaging programs that strengthen organizational performance for an Australia-based client. This hybrid role is based in Ortigas and offers growth through global collaboration and mentorship.

You will coordinate learning programs, design materials, facilitate sessions, and partner with SMEs and stakeholders to continuously improve learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years in learning and development or related function.
• Experience with Australian-based clients in financial services preferred but not required.
• Experience coordinating learning programs or projects.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, webinars, or workshops.
• Basic instructional design experience.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Support the implementation of new learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and learning schedules.
• Coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders.
• Develop learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant resources, and digital content.
• Review and update learning resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure learning materials align with brand and learning standards.
• Assist in facilitating webinars and virtual learning sessions.
• Support larger learning programs through co-facilitation.
• Assist with train-the-trainer activities.
• Coordinate learning requests from internal stakeholders.
• Conduct basic learning needs discussions.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders throughout learning initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Analyze learner feedback and learning completion data to identify improvements.
• Recommend enhancements to learning programs and experiences.
